Character Design: The Muppets

Michael Schupbach is a proud alumnus of the Jim Henson Muppet Workshop. He worked on Bear in the Big Blue House,  Sesame Street, as well as various other Muppet productions. During his time at the workshop, he designed and built countless monsters, honkers, mice, and flying sheep.

He was also featured in the documentary I Am Big Bird as well as Caroll Spinney’s memoir, "The Wisdom of Big Bird (and the Dark Genius of Oscar the Grouch).
